DeskDirect Global integrates seamlessly with your existing software and allows you to print ‘remotely’, saving time and money. The free software sorts your letters, invoices and statements by postcode and sends the encrypted file to a secure and dedicated DeskDirect Global print facility close to the destination address anywhere in the world.
Your organisation no longer has to spend time printing, folding and addressing all your customers’ correspondence and you will receive a receipt or “proof of delivery” to confirm that your document has been put into the local postal service.
Printing, folding, envelopes and Postal Service delivery are all included in the price of sending a document via DeskDirect Global. Prices are fixed for your organisation for the length of your contract.
Every business sends post, whether that is letters, invoices, statements, mail shots or customer critical correspondence. Whilst it is not possible to physically sign a DeskDirect Global document, everything else can be sent through the DeskDirect Global service. You can even track your document every step of the way via our Web Portal. If you think of the amount of post your organisation sends each year you could be saving up to 50% of your total costs.
Your organisation will be invoiced each month for the documents that have been sent via DeskDirect Global. You can keep track of your bills via our secure Web Portal.
Your letter will be posted by the equivalent of 1st Class Post, irrespective of its destination address. Your letter will enter the local Post Service on the day you have sent it.
No. Sending a letter with DeskDirect Global is as easy as pressing ‘Print’.
Letters are delivered using the most reliable, cost effective postal service in the country closest to the destination address.
Your letter will receive the same level of priority as if you posted it yourself. However, because of our direct links into Postal Service organisations, we are able to deliver post directly to the Postal Service depots meaning we can access the postal distribution system later in the day – sometimes as late as 20:00 hours.
Our software will work with any Microsoft® Windows® based software. The way that your letter appears on screen is how is will appear to the recipient.
Yes, DeskDirect Global is unique in the number of different client software packages we make available for accessing and using the service. We offer a Printer Driver model, standalone Document Composition Software as well as Web Based Authoring Software to access the DeskDirect Global service. Yes. So long as your organisation has an account with DeskDirect Global, you can use the service from your laptop anywhere in the world.
DeskDirect Global sends the document that appears on the screen. It maintains colour, layout and format, and it is easy to upload a digital signature. However, you cannot sign your letter physically as it is not printed in your office.
The recipient receives a physical letter through their letterbox. Much as email has widely become the preferred communication medium of choice, many people still like to receive letters through the post.
Absolutely. Templates can be created in your standard Microsoft Software or we can supply you with design software that will work with DeskDirect Global.
Any letter will appear exactly as if you had printed it in your office and posted it yourself.
Yes. We can deliver to any address that any Postal Service can access worldwide.
Yes. DeskDirect Global can be used to send documents worldwide. We are building a Global Service so that your documents can be printed extremely close to the destination address thus reducing cost and delivery time.
